- Sheet Transferring Unit: Upper swing sheet transferring method transfers sheets smoothly at high speed to pressure cylinder with precision.
- Varnish Supply: Steel roller and rubber roller with metering roller reversing and doctor blade design controls varnish consumption and volume (determined by LPI of ceramic anilox roller).
- Transferring Unit: Air volume blowing supports and reverses sheets smoothly after transfer from pressure cylinder to gripper, preventing surface scratches.
- Conveying Unit: Upper and lower conveying belts form thin sheets into curved shapes for smooth delivery.
- Sheet Delivery: Automatic pneumatic patting system with photo electric detecting sensor ensures neat sheet collection and safe, quick sampling for inspection.
