  • Varnish Supply: Steel roller and rubber roller with metering roller reversing and doctor blade design controls varnish consumption and volume (determined by LPI of ceramic anilox roller).
  • Transferring Unit: Air volume blowing supports and reverses sheets smoothly, preventing surface scratches during transfer from pressure cylinder to gripper.
  • Conveying Unit: Upper and lower conveying belts form thin sheets into curved shapes for smooth delivery.
  • Sheet Delivery: Automatic pneumatic patting system with photo-electric sensor control ensures neat sheet collection and safe, quick sampling for inspection.
