Product Quality Control (QC) Overview
Quality Control is the process of ensuring products meet defined standards. It focuses on preventing defects rather than just finding them.
The key steps are:
- Set Standards: Define clear, measurable specifications for what makes a product pass or fail.
 -
Inspect: Check products at three critical stages:

- Incoming Inspection: Examine raw materials and components.
 - In-Process Inspection: Monitor production for real-time correction.
 - Final Inspection: Verify finished goods before shipment.

 - Test: Perform functional, safety, and durability tests.
 - Record & Analyze: Document findings to identify trends and root causes of defects.
 - Act: Remove defective items and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.

The goal is to consistently deliver high-quality products to customers through a continuous cycle of checking and improving.
