FB-HT1060CE Automatic Die Cutting and Creasing Machine With Stripping

FB-HT1060CE is a heavy duty automatic die cutting and creasing machine with stripping function, engineered for high speed and high precision die cutting of paper, cardboard and corrugated board. It delivers a maximum working speed of 9000 sheets per hour with 300T cutting force, meeting the productivity requirements of folding carton and corrugated packaging production.

  • Precision Feeder: Advanced feeding platform precisely and consistently handles a wide stock range from 90g/m2 thin paper to 1000g/m2 cardboard as well as micro flute corrugated board.
  • Ultrasonic Double Sheet Detector: Non-contact detection without touching the paper, scratch free, reliable and quick set up.
  • Mould Quick Locking Device: Center-line system with quick locking device saves make ready time.
  • Precision Plate Setting: 5mm hardened cutting plate or 4+1mm sandwich plate on top of 15mm precision synthetic supporting plate with +/-0.9mm micro adjustment.
  • High Performance Gripper Bar: Cutting edge gripper bars with large motion angle eccentric worm gear drive system run extremely smoothly.
  • Gripper Edge Waste Removal: Stripping and removing system with conveyor belt removes gripper edge waste sideways to the drive side.
  • Germany Vacuum Pump: Germany Becker oil free blower and vacuum pump.
  • Auto Lubrication System: Concentrated auto lubrication system keeps driven parts working better.
  • Auto Non-stop Collecting Device: Main collecting device and auto non-stop collecting device switch automatically without operation for higher efficiency.
  • Advanced Tooling Lockup: Quick tooling set up system ensures fast job change over and high productivity at both stripping stations.
  • Variable Speed Worm Gear Drive: Worm gear and toggle mechanism allows large motion angle with minimum number and size of nicks at reasonable max. production speed.
