Machine Introduction:

The full servo unit type high speed window patching machine is driven by 13 servo motors independently. The unit type design allows you to replace and add mechanical modules at will according to different product requirements of customers. It has the multi-purpose function of one machine. The module double-knife can not only paste the flat window on the high speed , but also paste the creasing window with high precision. At the same time,it has film line pressing and V-angle stamping, film pattern marking, paper tissue box film opening, film punching, Thin film embossing logo function.

Major Feature:
  1. Machine Install 7sets servo motor, high stability with more easy adjustment
  2. Modular structure with free switching between hob cutting knife and horizontal knife.(Horizontal knife is optional function)
  3. Through the PLC, input the paper size, automatically adjust the film length position.
  4. Paper receiving stepper with batch counting
  5. Air expansion shaft with magnetic powder tension film unwinding
  6. Paper vacuum adsorption conveying
  7. Double/empty paper convey problem, glue part can glue automatic rise.
  8. High exactly to positioning the printed film for window patching.
  9. The film can be embossed (need to customize pattern mold)
  10. The film can be punched with round holes or special-shaped holes (Need to customize the mold)
  11. To do the window pasting with creasing with V cutting.
  12. Suitable for making tissue box(Standard)
